Her work has been featured in magazines, on television, and in The Seattle Times, earning recognition for both her artistry and expertise. She is a Lifetime Member of ICES, a past Show Director and State Representative, and an internationally recognized sugar arts educator.
As a demonstrator and judge at cake shows across the United States, she is endorsed by international certified judges and respected as a leader within the global cake community.

Lucinda owned and successfully operated a custom-order bakery for over 15 years, building a loyal clientele through her artistry, professionalism, and dedication to quality. Her experience spans both the retail bakery environment and the wholesale side of the industry, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the business from every angle. She began cake decorating at the young age of 14, discovering early on a passion that would shape her life’s work.
By 1981, she had already stepped into teaching, beginning a decades-long journey of educating and inspiring cake artists around the world.
